What this policy covers

This policy explains how SiteHook handles information when you visit the website, create an account, or use the workspace. SiteHook is a help-first outreach tool for web studios.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to run your account, including your email address, authentication information, and basic account profile details. We also store workspace content you choose to add or generate, such as prospect details, website URLs, research notes, audit results, outreach drafts, concept previews, prompts, client records, and tasks.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, provide and improve the workspace, retain your saved work, protect the service, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and external websites

SiteHook relies on service providers for authentication, data storage, and feature delivery. When you use research, audit, or generation features, the information needed to complete that request may be sent to the relevant service provider. Website URLs and publicly available business details you add may also be processed to provide audits and previews.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential authentication and security technologies to keep you signed in and protect the service. The workspace may also use local browser storage to remember a lead you selected while moving between tools. You can clear local storage in your browser settings, but doing so may remove that convenience.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and workspace information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some information may be kept where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version here and revise the date above.
